Scott Yardley is a co-founder of Kyocera Tycom and its Chief Executive Officer. Scott is responsible for Kyocera Tycom's strategic vision, company culture, and financial performance. He has been in the printed circuit board industry since 1983 and with Kyocera Tycom since 1987. Prior to founding Kyocera Tycom, Scott was the National Sales Manager of Megatool, Inc., a manufacturer of PCB cutting tools. Scott received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Jose.
Mark Murphy is the Chief Operating Officer of Kyocera Tycom. Mark directs and integrates the functional organizations of the company to optimize total performance for our customers, associates, and shareholders. He has been in the printed circuit board industry since 1987 and with Kyocera Tycom since 1995. Prior to joining Kyocera Tycom, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of Dynamotion Corporation, a PCB drilling equipment manufacturer. Mark received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from California State University, Fullerton.
Jim Good is the Director of New Tool Manufacturing for Kyocera Tycom. Jim is responsible for the cost, quality and delivery of new tools manufactured throughout Kyocera Tycom's world wide operations. He has been with Kyocera Tycom since 1990. Prior to joining Kyocera Tycom, Jim was an Engineering Manager for Aerojet Ordinance Company, a munitions manufacturer. Jim received a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
